Dave's Collection wants you to be delighted with every purchase. If you
have any problem with the items you ordered and need
to exchange or alter an item(s) then simply follow the 4 easy steps below:
STEP 1: Email us within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
STEP 2: Please include the EMS address slip from the parcel and mail it
with your returning parcel.
STEP 3: Include the items that needs to be altered in the parcel.
STEP 4: Return the parcel using the carrier of your choice. If sending
from a Post Office we would recommend obtaining a 'proof
of postage' available free on request.
ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
Customers frequently ask us why we don't offer free returns. The answer
is we'd love to but, if we did, the cost would have to
be absorbed into the prices we charge for our products. However, if you
return an item for an exchange, we will pay the cost
of delivery of the replacement plus any number of additional items you
may wish to order at the same time. And it's worth
remembering that from time-to-time, we offer free returns as part of a
promotion either through our catalogues or on our
website. We do not do full refunds, somehow if after alterations the
customer is still not satisfied with our products they can
return the goods in good working conditions and a 50% refund will be given.
