Shopping at Dave's Collection Site
Finding What You Need
Search
You can search all items on our site store using the Product Search at
the top right of the page. Click SEARCH once you've entered the
criteria, you can use Keywords to search for the products.
New Arrivals
Shopping from our sites has never been easier. Browse the New Arrivals
pages of our latest Styles. See how we've styled our outfits or click
and add the Styles to select the fabric.
Promotion Items
On the Promotion Page you will be able to select from our current
promotions for the best combinations of products.
Swatches
Here you have the option to order selected Fabric Swatch delivered to
you, so you can feel the actual fabric before ordering.
We also offer a REBATE of the Swatch if you place an order from the
fabric swatches you order within one month after receiving the swatches.
Overseas Visit
Mr. Dave travels to Europe and the USA two to three times a year to
present his exclusive collections, personally measure you and recieve
orders from interested customers. You may order suits, sport coats,
blazers, pants, and dress shirts to be crafted from hundreds of the
world's finest fabrics with a selection of styling details, providing
the opportunity to personalize your wardrobe.Please send us details if
you or your friends are interested in such a visit. Mr. Dave will
contact you personally.

Placing an Order
Registration
Register an account is safe, fast and easy.
Dave's Collection makes setting up an account safe and easy for you. We
use the latest technology to make sure your personal information is
secure and protected at all times.
You'll save time by having a quicker checkout process.
Fill your measurement and Shipping Address and your future checkouts
will be fast and easy.
Click on 'Register Now' below the Customer Login area on the left.
Product Page
On the Product page you will choose the color of the fabrics and
quantity of the product. We also offer monogramming options on shirts
which may be entered here.
Once you've made your selections, click ADD TO BAG to add the product to
your shopping bag. You will stay on the product page, but with a note
that your selection has been added to your bag. You may then view the
suggested items listed at the top of the page, or browse through the
site using the navigation on the left and top of the page. If you're
ready to complete your order, click CHECKOUT at the bottom of the page
or ITEMS IN BAG at the top of every page.
Shopping Bag
All the items that you have selected will be in your shopping bag. In
the shopping bag, you will be able to change the quantity, delete items
from your bag, and update your bag. Shopping bag status is shown at the
top of the page.
Review Order
On the Review Order Page, you will be asked to verify that the items in
your order are correct., and that the shipping and billing information
is correct. You may go back in the checkout process to make corrections
or changes to your order. Click SUBMIT to send us your order.
Confirmation
This page will summarize all of your order information and provide your
order number. We suggest that you print this page for your reference.
You will also receive an order confirmation email. Please check to make
sure that the information is correct. When your order ships, you will
also receive a shipping confirmation email.
Merchandise Availability
Fabrics are sorted by Price Range, Promotion and Bestseller. Available
colors of products and Fabrics are displayed in the drop down menus on
each product page. To View a larger Image of the Fabric, select View
Image and Click on the Fabric you wish to View.
Payment Options
We are proud to accept the American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
You can also pay by Bank Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer.
You can enter payment option on the Payment Page.
International Orders
Shipping is included on all our products. However if you prefer to have
Tax and Customs included for your Shipping you may call +6681 4215959 or

Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Bangkok Time (+7 Hrs GMT ), or fax
+662 8640556 Overnight delivery is not available. International customs
regulations require that the value of packages being sent
internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package. All
shipping & handling and applicable duties will be paid by the customer.
Sizing Information
All our items are sold Made to Measure. For your perfect fit, simply
choose the appropriate category in the Sizing options before checkout.
Determining your size
To get accurate body measurements, use a dimensionally stable cloth tape
measure, keeping the tape taut but not stretched. Get a friend to help,
if possible, measuring your body over properly-fitting undergarments
while standing straight, without shoes, and with feet approximately six
inches (15 cm) apart. For consistency, take all measurements from the
same side of the body. You can also download our measurement forms and
flash measurement guide to help you with the process.
Monogramming
That personal touch needn't cost a packet. We can monogram a name or
initials, of up to 5 letters. FREE of Cost
Alterations
Basic alterations are available at no charge for online orders. If you
have gained weight and our clothes don't fit you any more .... don't
throw them away. Mail them back to us for FREE alteration.
Our Retail Store in Bangkok
Custom-made shirts and suits are also available in our retail location.
Please visit our retail locations where our master tailors will be happy
to help you. We only have one store in Bangkok, so if you visit Bangkok,
please feel free to call Mr.Dave for a Free Pickup Service. Please be
careful if using a TAXI service in Bangkok as they work on a commission
and might offer to take you to other Custom Made Services where the can
earn a Commission on you purchase, thus making you pay more.
Corporate Apparel
Requests for Dave's Collection corporate apparel, uniforms, or other
promotional products may be made through our Corporate Services team by
Email.
Cancelling Order
You can contact customer service by Email, Monday through Saturday, 10:00
a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Bangkok Time (+7 Hrs GMT ).
Be sure to include your order number. We will do our best to locate and
cancel your order. Our Customer service will contact you back asap.
Sending a Gift
You may designate your order as a gift. We will box your items in our
Special Gift Box at no additional charge. Gift orders will include a
card with your name, but no prices will be printed on it. International
customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent
internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple and unconditional: "If you're not completely
satisfied with any item, at any time, just return it and we'll alter the
item and mail them back FREE". Whatever. Whenever. Always. Everything we
sell is Guaranteed. |
